Fertility, pregnancy and postpartum stages are often not what we imagine. It’s challenging to balance our hopes and expectations with reality, not to mention societal expectations of parenthood. Postpartum depression/anxiety happens to both birthing and non-birthing parents. Let's work together to maintain your sense of self and your new role as a parent. I use a range of treatment modalities depending on your personality and treatment goals.
I welcome all individuals to my practice. This is a safe space for the LGBTQIA+ & TGNB community, BIPOC, individuals of all body types and religion. I offer a safe space for those who have made the choice to terminate pregnancy. The most important thing is that you feel safe and understood. You can learn more about me by visiting

Brooke Ward, LMFT
She/Her
Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, and I work locally in Webster in my own practice. I am neurodiverse affirming and trauma informed. I have an in-depth background and training in both the perinatal mental health and eating disorder realms. I strive to see each client as their own unique person, with their own stories, identities, upbringings, values, hopes, and strengths. I will ensure that each person feels safe and understood to begin their healing in my office.
My "why" has stemmed from being a super empathetic (probably even a "highly sensitive") person my whole life. I have always had the passion to help others to feel understood and supported. Lately, my biggest "why" behind my work is my daughter, Hadlee, who keeps me going each day to continue to grow personally and professionally with her tenacity and spunk. I have both personal & professional experience being in the NICU, and have a heightened passion currently to help mothers and parents heal from this traumatic experience that the NICU can cause.
Some "fun" & real life facts about me include: I was a cat mom before becoming a human mom, and you can sometimes find them as my co-therapists if I work virtually from home. I used to be an avid runner, but fractured my ankle last fall, so I am slowly relearning to become more connected to my new postpartum/post fracture body with pilates, mindful walks, and gentle yoga. Lavender and coffee are my favorite smells! I am attempting at being a plant mom... you'll see that attempt in my office. Lastly, I also identify as neurodivergent, with getting my own adult and late-diagnosis of ADHD last year, 6 months postpartum!
I am looking forward to meeting you and supporting you on this perinatal journey.
Melissa McCauley, LCSW
She/Her
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10+ years experience in settings from schools to hospitals to public non-for-profit agencies, I have dedicated my life to helping people. In 2020 I became certified in Perinatal Mental Health to help women and families get the care they need during what can be one of the most difficult life transitions.
I am a mom to 3 beautiful boys and motherhood has by far been one of the greatest and hardest journeys for me yet. My own experience at times was not what I expected, and I found myself struggling with many aspects of pregnancy and parenthood. I felt pulled to find a way to support other moms in the same situation.
In 2022 I opened my own practice and now specialize in Perinatal Mental Health. Serving women and families has become my passion and I look forward to it everyday. I love hearing their stories, creating a plan and working with them step by step in order for them to move forward and find balance in their journey.

Align Integrative Wellness, LLC

Penfield Yoga Therapy, LLC
Hi! I am Kaitlyn Vittozzi, C-IAYT Yoga Therapist specializing in embodiment, stress-relief and perinatal struggles for both individuals and couples. I started teaching yoga classes in 2014. Soon after teaching for a few months, I realized people would leave a class happy and let life’s stressors quickly interrupt their mood. So I went to study yoga therapy to help people use the ancient and holistic tools of yoga and meditation to enhance their whole life, rather than just an hour per day.
For new moms and couples, it can feel like you have NO breathing room. Suddenly you have no free time, and your body might not feel like it is your own. It might feel like you cannot possibly take one hour out of your week for yourself, but one hour of mindful movement, relaxation and meditation will help you reconnect to your body and go forward into the rest of your day with more clarity.
My why? I know any type of therapy can seem scary and foreign – especially after birth. I promise to meet you where you at in a nonjudgmental, pain-free environment.
Doula & Education Services
Royalty Birth Services, LLC
I discovered my fiery zeal for birth at age 17. I knew that a treasured goal, for my life, was to bear witness to and uplift those who were experiencing pregnancy, labor, delivery and postpartum.
Feeling called to serve those in my community, I became a DONA Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Certified Lactation Counselor.
I use my education to specialize in Prenatal and Postpartum education as well as comfort measures in labor and general lactation support.
I am a wife, a mother of five and grandmother to 9 beautiful children. My goal is to extend my love for my family into my community so that my clients feel empowered, educated & supported during their journey into motherhood.
Having been on this journey myself, many times, I know that it can occasionally feel overwhelming to mom and/or the entire family to navigate the process of birth and postpartum, However my hope is to be there, through every aspect of it, to create stability, peace and growth.
Birth work is my life, my joy and I not only embrace it wholeheartedly but fervently love it! As our relationship with each other grows, it is my hope that we will begin as strangers but quickly become family!
Liz Charles, MS, RN, CLC, RNC-OB, EFM-C
She/Her
I am a Registered Nurse with over 10 years of experience working primarily with the perinatal
population. I have worked in a variety of settings including inpatient obstetrics, inpatient lactation, outpatient family planning, care management, and nursing education. I am also a Certified Lactation Consultant awaiting IBCLC
certification. I have had a passion for caring for babies since I was young, and that passion has now developed into caring for parents as well. I love empowering people, working with them to meet their goals, and helping them grow into their roles as parents.
As a nurse caring for postpartum patients and their newborns, I see firsthand how overwhelming this season of life can be for people. I often find myself frustrated that I cannot devote the time and attention to families that is needed. I strongly believe that excellent nursing care should not start or end with a hospital stay. The structure of our healthcare system often results in mothers and birthing people not getting the care and support they need – especially during the postpartum period.
I opened my own practice to change the “norm” surrounding postpartum care! I believe that lactation visits, doulas, and expanded postpartum care - including in-home support - should be a standard of care for every person. I aim to provide a safe and inclusive space for the LGBTQ+ community, BIPOC, and
those who are disabled or neurodivergent.
I am a mom to three cats and a dog, a step-mom to a talented and creative teenager, and a lover of “dad jokes.” When I am not working you can find me baking, reading, or enjoying nature. I identify as neurodivergent, diagnosed as an AuDHD’er late in life, and I love to incorporate different ways of explaining and teaching things in my practice for this reason! Majestic Doula Care, LLC
I am known by my friends and family as a strong woman with a variety of interests and talents. I'm a wife, a mother, a wine enthusiast, and even a fan of the New York Giants (LOL!). But above all else, I am passionate about caring for and working with people.
My passion for becoming a Doula began after giving birth to my daughter, Jessica. As a teenager, my labor and birth experience was fast and terrifying. I felt lost and out of control, with no idea what was happening. The medical staff was unhelpful and my doctor was absent, except for the midwife who cared for me. Her coaching, care and reassurance enabled me to control my birth and deliver my baby safely. This experience inspired me to become a Doula and provide the same level of care and support to others during their labor and birth. Everyone deserves a birth that is calm, peaceful, and full of joy. That is my goal as a Birth Doula!
You can connect with me via social media or reach out to me through my website linked below! I am currently taking new clients and would love to support you!
